Quality Inn & Suites Benton - Draffenville

This place is 100% as advertised. No big surprises, good or bad. Rooms are nice for the $. Very clean. Quiet. Beds are comfy. Convenient location to LBTL & Grand Rivers w/o the price. My only complaint would be the breakfast: scrambled eggs are powdered, not much variety, and ends at 9 AM on weekends. Note: there is NO ELEVATOR, so request a ground floor room if that's an issue for you.

Awesome place, came down For a funeral. They got us checked in super early so we could sleep before we went. I will say my family thought the pool was a little cold. And it's also not healthy or safe serve certified to just put the cold sausage gravy in the pan without heating to the proper temperature, however I only mention this for the people who have poor digestive tracts, similar to myself as that can really tear your guts up. Over all considering I clean my hotel rooms before bringing my stuff inside It was the CLEANEST hotel room I've ever recleaned. And for that it deserved more stars than it has because I don't know if you guys know this but hotels are usually not cleaned well at all. Just quick spray downs and changing of sheets and towels only. I'm telling you. This was BETTER than the rating ot currently has. Give it a try!!!!

Bathroom had loosening wallpaper, missing plaster in spots otherwise was fine. Nice hot breakfast. Staff were nice and helpful.

So where to start... We decided on staying here on the way back north for my father's funeral. We had a 15 week old puppy with us and they were so accommodating. We got a room on the 2nd floor but as we are older now the stairs and our luggage was going to a problem. The manager found a room on the first floor for us. She was so nice and got to meet our little Lucy. The people here are wonderful and the service is top notch. The room was clean and the beds were nice. They have an indoor pool which is nice is you plan on chilling at the pool. They have lots of space for pets to go out and run for a while as sitting in the car can be a bit much. All in all I give this location five stars because it was a fabulous experience on yet another one of our road trips. There are a few restaurants and a billiard hall nearby. It is convenient from the freeway.

Staying at the Quality Inn near Benton has been an incredibly pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff are amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and I couldn’t ask for a better hotel. This is definitely one of the best hotels under the Choice brand. A special shout-out to Lilly at the front desk, who has been absolutely exceptional. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail have truly made my stay even more enjoyable. My stay here became even more meaningful after a terrible experience at the Quality Inn in Calvert City, where I was told I’d be charged a fee for my service animal. When I questioned the charge, which is illegal, they told me to call the cops and banned me from staying there, refusing to refund the room I had booked, even though they canceled it before I even had the chance to check in. Thankfully, the Benton location came to the rescue. They listened to what happened and helped me secure a room. Every day I’ve been here has been fantastic. If it weren’t for this hotel, I’m not sure what I would have done, and I am so grateful to have found a place with such kind and understanding people. Their breakfast is great too! I’ll definitely stay here every time I’m in the area, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good hotel with outstanding service.

Very nice clean, kept up rooms. Front office staff very nice and accommodating. There is not an elevator to the second floor, which was fine with me, but if someone has a disability that may be an issue. Breakfast is scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, and coffee. I have recommended the hotel to the family, and they stayed there 2 nights and really liked it as well.

This is a very nice and quiet area. There’s a bar right next-door. That is a whole lot of fun. There’s only so much you can actually expect from a two star hotel so everything was clean and there was no bugs so it looks like they’ve treated previous issues that they’ve had
